Medical Centre Brochure
We wote this brochure for a local medical centre to introduce themselves to new and existing clients. The doctors at the centre are experts in their fields but their clients are not. This was job in translating what the doctors wanted to say into what the clients needed to hear.

NetRing Commissioning Guide
This is part of an overall traing package that was delivered to a team of engineers travelling to Papua New Guinea. Joel attended a training course in China and then summarised the 2000 page manuals in to what the engineers really needed to know to get their jobs jone.

Network Diagram
This is part of the As-Built documentation for the same project. We worked closely with the design engineers and the people who would be maintaining the network to deliver a diagram that more than met their needs.

Test Load Calibration Instructions
Joel wrote this for a telecommunications company that needed to instruct their field staff on how to carry out a new process. He worked on site with one of their engineers to research the process.
